1. Refund Policy

Refunds for purchases made on Wegeedem.com are governed by the policies of the event organiser or service provider.Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, all transactions are non-refundable.

In cases of event cancellation or significant event changes (e.g. date, venue), organisers may offer refunds. Wegeedem will support the refund process by coordinating with payment providers and event organisers. Refunds may exclude booking fees or non-recoverable transaction costs.

To request a refund, please contact sales@wegeedem.com with your order ID and reason for the request.

2. Vendor Terms

Vendors using Wegeedem.com to offer products or services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete descriptions of services
• Maintain required licenses, certifications, and insurance
• Deliver services as promised and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Abide by applicable laws and regulations

Wegeedem reserves the right to suspend or remove vendor listings that violate platform standards, including poor customer service, fraudulent behaviour, or illegal activities.

3. Organiser Terms of Use

Event organisers using Wegeedem.com must:

• Ensure all event listings are accurate, lawful, and not misleading
• Handle tickets and attendee information responsibly and securely
• Comply with local regulations, licenses, and public safety standards
• Fulfil all obligations to attendees, including timely communication in the event of cancellations or changes

Wegeedem may collect service fees for ticketing and promotion. Organisers are responsible for refunding attendees where appropriate, either directly or via the Wegeedem platform. Continued use of Wegeedem constitutes acceptance of these terms.
