Wegeedem.com provides a digital platform that facilitates the sale of tickets, venue bookings, vendor services, and financial products related to events. Transactions may be processed either by Wegeedem acting as a ticketing agent, or directly by event organisers and vendors using the platform.

2. Ticket Purchase Terms

When you purchase a ticket through Wegeedem:

  • You enter into a contract with the event organiser, not Wegeedem (unless Wegeedem is listed as the organiser).
  • All sales are final unless the organiser explicitly offers a refund or unless stated otherwise in the event listing.
  • Tickets are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

    • Wegeedem is not responsible for any event cancellations, delays, or venue changes unless Wegeedem is the event owner.

3. Fees and Charges

Ticket prices are set by organisers and may include taxes and Wegeedem service fees.

Additional charges (e.g., booking fees, handling fees) may apply and will be disclosed at checkout.

All fees are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Wegeedem reserves the right to change fees and charges at any time; such changes will not affect confirmed transactions.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund policies vary by organiser. Unless stated otherwise:

  • All purchases are non-refundable.
  • Wegeedem will facilitate organiser-approved refunds when appropriate.
  • Refunds may be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable transaction fees.

In the event of a cancellation or major change, Wegeedem will make reasonable efforts to contact ticket holders via the email provided at the time of booking.

5. Admission and Conduct

Admission is subject to the terms of the event organiser and venue. Entry may be refused for safety, security, or legal reasons.

Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the event.

Unlawful resale or duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.

Wegeedem does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

6. Vendor and Venue Services

When you purchase services from a vendor or book a venue through Wegeedem:

  • You contract directly with the provider, who is responsible for delivery, quality, and safety.
  • Wegeedem may facilitate payment and communication, but is not liable for third-party non-performance.

7. Financial Products & Services

If you access credit scoring, loan services, or payment tools through Wegeedem:

  • Separate terms will apply, including eligibility criteria, regulatory disclosures, and repayment agreements.
  • Wegeedem is not a bank or lender but may act as a facilitator for licensed financial providers

Users are responsible for understanding and agreeing to these terms before opting into any financial product.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Wegeedem excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that specific transaction.
